Operating Principle
The operating principle involves automatically recording the position of the Oriental Crystalline Silicon (OCS) panels using a photoelectric scanning system. Subsequently, the cutting head with diamond wheels mounted on the tool box moves along the X and Y axes under program control to cut the substrate. The control part of the machine employs a CNC motion controller, while the driving part utilizes advanced linear motor drives.
